TERMS OF USE FOR BEAUTY BOUTIQUE

1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms of use govern the use of the website www.beautyboutique.ee (hereinafter – online store) and the terms for purchasing products from the online store operated by PurelyYou OÜ (registration code: 17095370).
1.2. A user is any capable person (including minors aged 14 to 18 with parental or guardian consent) making purchases in the online store.
1.3. By placing an order in the online store, these terms are considered a legally binding document regulating the rights and obligations of the parties – PurelyYou OÜ (hereinafter – "seller") and the customer (hereinafter – "user").
1.4. By placing and confirming an order, the user confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
1.5. The seller has the right to restrict the user's access to the online store and cancel the order if the user violates the terms, threatens the security or stability of the online store.
1.6. The seller has the right to modify the terms of use and prices. The terms and prices valid at the time of the order apply to each purchase.

2. Data Protection

2.1. The seller processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonian legislation.
2.2. To place an order, the user must provide their name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and other necessary data. Processing personal data is necessary for fulfilling the contract.
2.3. Data is processed for order fulfillment and customer service. Data is used for direct marketing only with the user's explicit consent.
2.4. Personal data may be shared only with the seller's authorized partners (e.g., logistics companies, payment service providers) for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
2.5. The user has the right to access their data, request corrections, deletions, restrict processing, or object to processing.

3. Conclusion of Sales Contract

3.1. A sales contract is concluded when the user selects a product, adds it to the cart, fills in the required fields, and confirms the order by clicking "Pay".
3.2. The seller sends an order confirmation via email, which constitutes the conclusion of the contract.
3.3. If it is not possible to fulfill the order (e.g., the item is out of stock), the user will be notified, and the amount paid will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days.

4. Price and Payment

4.1. All prices in the online store are in euros and include VAT.
4.2. The user can pay for the order by bank transfer, credit card, or other payment methods offered in the online store.

5. Delivery of Goods

5.1. Delivery is made according to the method and address selected by the user.
5.2. The seller will make every effort to deliver the product within 1–3 business days, except in exceptional cases.
5.3. Free delivery is available for orders from €39.95 (or as stated on the website). Delivery costs are displayed in the shopping cart during checkout.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

6.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
6.2. Returned goods must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products if the packaging has been opened.
6.3. The intention to withdraw must be communicated via email to info@beautyboutique.ee. Goods must be returned within 14 days after notification.
6.4. The return shipping cost is borne by the user, unless the product was defective.

7. Product Compliance and Complaints

7.1. The seller is responsible for non-compliance of the product with the contract discovered within two years of delivery.
7.2. Complaints must be submitted with a description and photo of the product to info@beautyboutique.ee.
7.3. In case of defects, the user has the right to request repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved primarily through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the user has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

9. Final Provisions

9.1. The contract is concluded in Estonian. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
9.2. By placing an order, the user confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of use and privacy policy.
