Returns & right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
The withdrawal request must be submitted within 14 days by completing the return form on the relevant page of the online store or by sending a notice to info@beautyboutique.ee.
Returned goods must be:
- unused and undamaged;
- in original packaging;
- with all seals, protective elements, and labels intact;
- in a condition suitable for resale.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, except in cases where the return is due to incorrect or defective goods.
A refund for the returned goods will be issued without delay, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice.
In addition to the product price, delivery costs will also be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
For hygiene reasons, cosmetic and dermocosmetic products with opened packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
If the protective seal of the product has been broken, return or exchange is not possible.
In the event of a dispute between the customer and the seller, the customer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee operating under the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. The committee resolves disputes where the value of the disputed goods exceeds 20 euros. The review of the complaint is free of charge for the customer.
