The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
The customer must notify us of the withdrawal within 14 days by submitting the return request form in the online store or by sending a notice to info@beautyboutique.ee.
Returned goods must be:
unused and undamaged;
in the original packaging;
with all labels, seals and markings intact;
in a condition suitable for resale.
The customer bears the costs of returning the goods, except where the return is due to incorrect or defective items.
A refund for the returned goods will be made without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the date we receive the withdrawal notice.
In addition to the price of the goods, the delivery costs will also be reimbursed in accordance with the law.
For hygiene reasons, cosmetic and dermocosmetic products in opened packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. If the product’s protective seal has been broken, returns and exchanges are not possible.
In the event of a dispute, the customer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee operating under the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA). The Committee resolves disputes arising from the contract if the value of the disputed goods exceeds 20 euros. The review of the complaint by the Committee is free of charge for the customer.
