If the product&#8217;s protective seal has been broken, returns and exchanges are not possible.<\/div><p>In the event of a dispute, the customer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee operating under the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA). The Committee resolves disputes arising from the contract if the value of the disputed goods exceeds \u20ac20.
